Classes contain two to eight people, and involve lecturing on the history and culture of Japanese cuisine, table manners, and dashi broth, hands-on cooking, and tasting the dishes as well.
*This is extremely hard to say, but I have to raise the lesson fee from Nov as followed due to a lift in prices of ingredients especially dried bonito, tuna and so on.
